Overview: The Procurement Sourcing Analyst is responsible for creating meaningful analyses and reports using both internal and external tools and data sources.
Responsibilities:

Aids in category management activities by conducting prompt and thorough data analysis.

Participates in the assessment of vendors.

Assists in maintaining uniform records for items and vendors.

Introduces new vendors, sets up items, and conducts cost analyses.

Oversees the organization of procurement documents, files, reports, and presentations.

Carries out additional assigned tasks as necessary.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Mathematics, Business, or 2-4 years of equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Word, Excel (including worksheet functions, Pivot Table reports, and charting/graphing), and Access (including query creation, text file import, and Excel export).

MUST have extensive experience in SQL and Excel.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work autonomously.
