Bragg Crane Service is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented entry level Technical Services Coordinator to assist our fast-paced division. The ideal candidate for the team will be a hardworking professional able to undertake a variety of support tasks and work diligently. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Employee will support Sales Managers, Project Managers with scheduling projects, communicating directly with Dispatch and interfacing clients.
Functional Duties
- The Technical Services Coordinator will provide support to the Sales Managers and Field Representatives.
- Administer and submit sales reports in a timely manner.
- Schedule projects and provide administrative assistance to the Project Managers and Sales Managers.
- Receive and process orders online, by phone, or by email.
- Answer customer questions, requests, and complaints.
- Update and maintain assigned customer database.
- Become an expert on Company product and service offerings.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of department policies and procedures.
- Assist in monthly salesmen one on ones.
- Process Used Equipment requests.
- Prepare Used Equipment ads.
- Assist in the organization of Sales meetings.
- Prepare Preventative Maintenance agreement quotes.
- Provide monthly market share analysis.
- Assist with Branch Inventory control.
- Assist with interdepartmental tasks as needed.
- Prepare services request as needed working with Sales Team.

Education
- High school diploma (or equivalent-Required).
- Authorized to work in the US.

Hourly rate: $24-$28. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and the individual hourly rate will be based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
