We are the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers local 602 in Amarillo.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout and wiring of electrical systems
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components, equipment, and systems
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards and take appropriate corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience in building, renovating, or maintaining electrical systems in commercial or
industrial settings
- Familiarity with logic controllers and high voltage systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Requirements:
- TDLR Journeyman License
- Drug testing will be performed

Pay: $30.48 per hour
