Cibon is looking for 1 part time employee (25-30 hours) that will cross-train in serving, fine food sales, and food preparation. Most shifts will occur from Thursday to Sunday. Successful candidates will be compensated with a base salary plus tips but will have a floor so that a minimum excellent wage will be guaranteed. Our wine bar and fine foods operations will include the following roles:
1) Server who provides excellent customer service for our wine bar clients. Wine, bourbon, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks will be served along with cheese and charcuterie platters.
2) Fine foods salesperson who will often talk to customers about our food and alcohol offerings for takeaway.
3) Food prep of charcuterie and cheese platters that will be served to patrons and also will be offered for takeaway.
