Advanced Software Engineer
Design/develop custom webparts, workflows & forms using Power platform & Nintex based on business requirements on SharePoint Online/On-premises.
Provide support to O365 services – SharePoint online, Microsoft Teams, One-Drive, Yammer, Stream platform and resolve issues submitted through ticketing system by users.
Monitor health status on O365 services and on-premises SharePoint 2013 environment.
Manage OKTA Users, Application with Single Sign-On (SSO) and application provisioning.
Provide support including diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues in Okta platform and work efficiently to resolve them.
Test and evaluate changes and perform deployments during change windows.
Monitor Okta environment for technical problems and take immediate action or escalate to vendors when required.
Work with Senior Leadership team to identify, design, and implement new Okta processes and procedures as environment changes or software is updated by vendor.
Identify ways to improve customer experience with Okta.
Assist team with implementing role requests and cloud apps and policy setups.
Design/develop technical solutions in Microsoft Azure to support requirements not supported in SharePoint and for cloud deployable solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Communications Engineering or related technical field or foreign equivalent.
Must have 2 years of experience in job offered or as a Senior Engineer, Senior Developer, or any combination thereof.
Must have 2 years of experience (can be gained concurrently with experience above) in the following:
Development and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365, Azure.
JavaScript, HTML5, CS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, Web Services, C#, ASP.ET and .Net Frameworks
Write code using multiple programming frameworks and maintenance of software systems.
Write software programs using programming languages/platforms.
Drug testing and background check required.
