**Job Title:** Management Analyst - Journeyman

**Introduction:**
We are seeking a Management Analyst - Journeyman to support our team in organizational and operations analysis, as well as enterprise reengineering efforts. This role is crucial for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through the redesign of organizational structures and processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support tasks and teams in organizational and operations analysis, and enterprise reengineering.
- Evaluate and design organizational structures to eliminate functional redundancies and increase efficiency.
- Establish clear managerial accountability.
- Use industrial engineering and computer techniques for work measurement and process improvement.
- Develop organizational and process standards and determinants.
- Apply Activity-Based Management techniques to perform cost per output and cost per function analysis to facilitate improvement.
- Facilitate benchmarking, process mapping, work measurement, metrics, performance evaluation, and manpower budget estimates.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in management analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reengineering processes and optimizing operations.
- Proficiency in using process improvement and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in team settings and present findings and recommendations clearly.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $68,689.37 - $82,722.67 per year
