Payroll/Accounting Clerk
Job Type
- Full time: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm, non-exempt position
- Pay Rate: starting at $40,000 depending on experience
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement – High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Payroll experience a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Attention to detail is a must.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Managing the bi-weekly payroll process through Paycom by monitoring time clock punches and time off requests.
- Verifying timesheets, calculating necessary deductions, and updating employee information in the payroll system and spreadsheets.
- Entering I9 information and maintaining binder.
- Preparing and entering the Payroll Journal Entry into Quickbooks.
- Preparing monthly bills and yearly 1094’s and 1095’s.
