Legal Secretary
Established Riverside-based law firm seeks a polished full time Legal Secretary with at least five years legal experience in a litigation based firm. Ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Abacus, and Adobe Pro. Some of the job duties include management of calendars, preparing, serving, and filing of pleadings in both Federal and Civil Courts; preparing correspondence and e-mails; transcribing dictation; bookmarking, redacting and bates labeling in Adobe pro; follow-up on service and production of subpoenas for records; and supporting the firm’s attorneys.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary
- Proficiency in Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw for legal research
- Strong legal administrative experience, including document review and case management
- Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents
- Familiarity with litigation processes and procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
