Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage treatment plans for patients - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate care is provided - Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and making informed decisions - Schedule appointments and follow-up visits for patients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Provide administrative support to the healthcare team Experience: - Previous experience in a hospital or critical care setting is preferred - Knowledge of healthcare management and practice management principles - Familiarity with medical office management and medical terminology - Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic) - Strong fiscal management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of patient care.
