28-attorney law firm with significant growth plan seeking to hire a highly experienced condominium and HOA attorney for one of its four offices: Fort Lauderdale, Stuart, Vero Beach, West Palm Beach, or Orlando.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate law. Board certification preferred. Book of business/network strongly preferred.
Salary/compensation model will depend on experience, book of business, and candidate's preference. Compensation may include significant signing bonus, salary or revenue sharing depending on candidates preferences, and performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Capable of all aspects of community association law including, but not limited to, drafting governing documents and amendments thereto, providing general counsel guidance to boards of directors, violations and architectural issues/disputes, collections and lien foreclosures (preferred - we have a full litigation department that can assist), and developer representation re: association planning and structuring.
Serving as point of contact for clients.
Timely and communicative interaction with clients.
