Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Teach literacy education, math, and physical education concepts through engaging and interactive methods
- Provide individualized tutoring and support to students as needed
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the academic and social development of each child
- Assess student progress and communicate with parents regarding their child's achievements and areas for improvement
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Familiarity with curriculum standards and educational resources for preschool education
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential
