Position Summary:
The Director of Operations will manage all aspects of the North Office of Resort Rentals. This includes, but is not limited to day-to-day operations, recruiting, hiring, coaching, and team development. The Director of Operations will be the primary contact for the operations team members an vendors. They will maintain an organized and efficient environment while cultivating a team that promotes and encourages our Company’s core values.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee day to day operations including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and development.

Serve as the primary information hub for all facets of operations including property management, cleaning, maintenance, and laundry service.

Promote and encourage the Company’s mission, motto, and core values.

Manage employee and vendor schedules.

Ensure all rental properties are exceptionally maintained and immaculately cleaned.

Manage and train all team members that support the operational side of the business:
- Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Cleaners, Maintenance, Contractors, Inspectors, Inventory Personnel, Linen Suppliers, Linen Cleaning Providers, Disposable Goods Suppliers, Telecommunications Providers
- Oversee inventory levels of supplies, linens, and cleaning materials.

Initiate orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Provide efficient communication of relevant information to respective teams and vendors.

Create, review, and manage departmental policies and procedures as needed.

Maintain efficient training/retraining programs within the department.

Hold employees accountable for work quality and standards.

Handle owner and guest complaints.

Resolve owner and guest issues in a cost-efficient manner that satisfies all party’s needs.

Uphold all facets of the SOW between the Company and contractors within rental territories.

Hire and fire internal team members, contractors, and vendors as needed.

Forecast departmental technology/training requirements for each year/peak season to assist the COO in budget creation.

Serve as a backup for the Company maintenance service line.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2-3 years of management experience.

Availability to work weekends, on call shifts, and holidays in the office as required.

Valid driver’s license.

Reliable transportation to and from work.
Schedule:

Business operates Monday through Saturday.

Typical business hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Flexibility to adapt to business needs.
Pay:
-
$60,000-$70,000 annually, with bonus opportunities up to $15,000 annually.
