3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10pm to 6am

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
- High school diploma and 1-2 years’ experience in quality or laboratory for food processing company.
- Supervisory experience.
- Familiar with all basic aspects of quality control
- Understands basic microbiology, equipment hygiene, & product shelf life
- General computer skills
Requirements:
Testing Accuracy: Tests all food products on a scheduled basis, conducts quality audits of the facility, performs analysis on formulas and ingredients, and uses sound microbiological practices and procedures to help determine the amount and identification of bacteria or any other potential pathogens. Completes CCP checks.
Strong Communicator: Promotes Good Manufacturing Practices across the manufacturing floor, ensuring Quality Lead/Supervisor is kept informed of daily results, and other pertinent information. Stresses the importance of safety to all employees. Listens well and is able to convey important information effectively to anyone in the organization.
Adaptability & Flexibility: Works well in a fast-paced environment, exercising good judgement to prioritize work and information flow without compromising safety and quality standards.
