Most of the companies are well established and very successful, primarily focusing on the Canadian Markets with some sales within the US regions. We are currently expanding and focusing our future growth on the US Market. To help us achieve this growth, we are seeking Regional Sales Managers to help us direct the Representative Sales force.
The Oteck Group of Companies, is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager for the following region:
Northeast Region which includes the following sates:
- The States of Virginia, West Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York including New York City, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine

This position is managing an existing network of trained and in place sales representative firms.
The Regional Sales Mangers duties are as follows:
- Communicating company expectations, setting sales targets and objectives, planning and monitoring performance, enforcing policies and procedures for each REP Office.
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting, preparing an annual budget and initiating corrective actions for each regional area and for each REP Office.
- Selecting training orienting, coaching, counseling Sales Representative organizations.
- Maintain and expand customer base within your territory.
- Implement a direct sales approach for all OEM for all OEM manufacturers needing coils or equipment as part of their production within your region.
- RSM'S will assist the company when necessary for collection of overdue receivables.
- RSMs are to visit each customer a minimum three times per year
Job details:
- Job Type: Full-time with travel representing 50% of your work hours Location: Flexible - home office/ on the road
- A Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred but a degree in a related field will be acceptable
- A minimum of 5 years of sales/ sales management experience within the HVAC R industry is preferred
- Training will be provided by the company as part of the On-Boarding Process
