About Mighty Loud Entertainment
Mighty Loud Entertainment provides brand consultation, event planning, production and marketing to companies such as Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Veterans of Foreign Wars, TopCoat, Balls Family Foods and more. Mighty Loud created, owns and operates a proprietary cloud-based, incentive-driven loyalty and sweepstakes application called MIXER, which is used extensively by Harley-Davidson, the Harley-Davidson dealer network, and broadcast radio stations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple overlapping sweepstakes campaign timelines, each with distinct client deliverables. They will handle the onboarding process, information intake, and dissemination of pertinent information to various parties involved in the projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables.
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new projects.
- Collect, organize, and disseminate information effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee creation of rules, registration/bonding for sweepstakes.
- Oversee event-specific landing page buildout using such tools as Squarespace.com.
- Contact and coordinate with winners and qualifiers to ensure prize delivery and fulfillment.
- Utilize Excel, Word, Docusign.com, Google Sheets, and Google Docs proficiently for project management tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, handling multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Familiarity with project management software is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with Squarespace, GoDaddy a plus.
- Familiarity with basic photo/graphic editing is a plus.
