We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and integrating an autodialer with our CRM, as well as integrating various other systems into our custom CRM.
Job Overview:
As a DevOps Engineer at AnchorSix, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our infrastructure to support the integration of an autodialer with our CRM system. You will also work on integrating other external systems and applications into our custom CRM to ensure seamless operations and enhanced functionality. This role requires a strong background in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, automation, and software development.

Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Development:

Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure for the autodialer and CRM integration.

Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and updates of applications and services.
System Integration:

Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to integrate the autodialer with our CRM system.

Integrate other external systems and applications with our custom CRM, ensuring data consistency and seamless functionality.
Automation and Monitoring:

Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.

Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Security and Compliance:

Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Regularly review and update security policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud or other similar platforms.

Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) or other similar tools.

Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI or other similar tools.

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) or other similar tools.

Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).

Knowledge of CRM systems and autodialer software.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and webhooks for system integration.

Understanding of networking, security, and database management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Experience with custom CRM systems preferred.

Knowledge of telephony and VoIP technologies preferred.

Certifications in relevant technologies preferred(e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
