Kleve & Associates Insurance Agency, located in Burton, Ohio, has been serving Northeast Ohio for more than 70 years. We currently serve the needs of about 3,000 clients with 10,000 policies primarily in Geauga, Portage, Ashtabula, Lake, and Trumbull counties.
Kleve & Associates is seeking an INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team. The right candidate possesses strong organizational and customer service skills as well as exceptional core values. As you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service for new and existing customers, providing clerical support to the agency owner, and keeping the overall office operations running smoothly. This employee will need to be Property & Casualty licensed with the State of Ohio. Kleve & Associates is committed to the success of our team, and we will facilitate all your training as well as meeting continuing education requirements with the state.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- General office duties including copying and scanning documents, preparing letters and correspondence for mailing, processing incoming and outgoing mail, managing inventory of office supplies, and coordination with vendors/providers as necessary.
- Manage multiple administrative projects for agency owner.
- Interact with customers and vendors in a professional manner, providing customer service and sales support.
- Manage customer relationships to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Service existing customer policies and perform regular policy reviews.
- Prepare customer quotes.
- Greet visitors and answer phone.
- Promote a working atmosphere that results in maintaining strong cooperation, efficiency, and teamwork.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Strong computer skills with ability to learn basic proprietary software easily.

- Insurance experience required.
