The Manager of Sales will be responsible for developing and growing professional and medical networks, not limited to, physician and therapist practices, employer solutions, and other local businesses to establish Hopemark Health as a premiere total mental health care solution. The primary goal is to increase patient referrals from local community networks. Focused on community building and relationships, this role is well suited for someone who is goal-oriented, social, has strong interpersonal and communication skills, easy-going, loves to network and is passionate about the importance of mental health care.

Manager of Sales Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Hopemark’s visit goals and objectives.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with physicians, primary care providers, therapists, specialists, and healthcare organizations. Regularly engage with these professionals to provide education, information, and support regarding our mental health services.
- Promote Mental Health Services: Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to educate healthcare professionals and community stakeholders about the various mental health programs, treatments, and resources available at our facility. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns targeting physicians and other referral sources.
- Referral Management: Serve as a point of contact for referring physicians and therapists, ensuring a smooth referral process. Assist in coordinating appointments, gathering necessary patient information, and addressing any questions or concerns. Maintain accurate records of referrals and track outcomes using our CRM System.
- Community Engagement: Act as a representative of our mental health services in the community. Attend relevant meetings, conferences, and events to network and build connections with healthcare professionals, community leaders, and support groups. Collaborate with community organizations to organize mental health awareness campaigns and initiatives.
- Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from physicians and referral sources to identify areas for improvement and enhance the quality of services provided. Compile and analyze data related to competition, referrals, physician satisfaction, and outcomes to generate reports for management.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive factors influencing the mental health industry.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to client acquisition and retention.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of the psychiatry practice's services. Inclusive of webinars and on-site events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- 2-5 years' experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, or a related role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to medical and non-medical audiences.
- Strong analytical and data synthesis skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite and EHRs
- Travel locally and work flexible hours, as needed.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle for transportation
