Inland Truck Parts and Service, an employee-owned company with 38 locations in 12 states, is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager for a part-time position in Shreveport. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work less than 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work required. This role involves a variety of tasks, including bookkeeping, customer service, and general office management. Manage office operations and procedures

Handle financial transactions responsibly and honestly

Provide excellent customer service

Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain accounts receivable

Operate a multiple line phone system

Occasionally drive company vehicle for deliveries or part pickups

Self-motivated, organized, and team/people-oriented

High energy and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

General knowledge of accounting & bookkeeping principles

Experience with typing/keyboard/10-key by touch and other office equipment

Experience with operating a multiple line phone

Accounts Receivable experience preferred

Valid driver’s license
