Job Description

Treats our patients with kindness, patience, and respect. Helps everyone to feel welcome.

Works check-in and check-out positions to collect co-pays, schedule appointments, check patients in and out.

Completes all opening and closing duties to get the clinic ready for each day.

Accurately maintains patient records: annual updating, proper documentation, proper billing, uploading driver’s licenses and insurance cards and notating chart completely.

Answers the phone with correct greeting, schedules patients according to scheduling rules.

Can provide patient education on pricing, products, and services. Sells retail as needed.

Handles patients billing and payment collection accurately.

Deposits all monies in the bank daily.

Fairly divides duties amongst the front desk team.

Works to keep inventory accurate and provides a monthly count with expiration dates.

Communicates with management when shipments come in.

Notifies administrator of supplies needed to avoid shortages.
Essential Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to travel between our locations as needed.

Understands the importance of making our patients feel welcome and respected.

Able to follow directions.

Possesses a wide-ranging fund of knowledge applicable to financial and clinical functions.
