We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic Administrative Coordinator who has previously worked in a professional environment. For this particular position, a candidate should have front-desk experience; greeting clients, directing client calls, and managing multiple calendars. This ideal candidate needs to have the ability to help maintain the organization of our office environment by tracking office inventory and supply, as well as, organizing shared spaces.

As all team members interact with clients, you must be able to always conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner.
Administrative Coordinator
Position Description:
Front-Desk Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition by greeting others
- Meet and greet visitors and clients, answer phones, coordinate conference rooms as needed
- Make sure clients receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention
- Schedule meetings and maintain multiple calendars
- Manage office inventory and supplies
- Set up, organize, and keep the office space (i.e., the conference room, kitchen, etc.) clean and stocked
- Mail Room - FedEx, Certified etc.
Administrative Duties:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems.
- Assembling tax returns.
- Scanning documents into different software programs.
- Perform all other office tasks.
- Running Financial Statements:
- Ability to finalize a Financial Statement.
- Accurate use of Engagement and Document.
- Processing 1040’s.
- Processing Business Returns.
- Recapping
- Reading the instruction sheet.
- Verifying the information on a Financial Statement to make sure it is balanced.
Requirements Include:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, must have a pleasant phone manner
- Organized, dependable and responsible
- Be courteous and respectful to clients, co-workers and Leadership Team
- Must have professional appearance
- Must be positive and motivated
- Able to work independently
- Willingness to learn and understand old and new procedures
