Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support beginning July 15, 2024.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Answering, forwarding, and directing calls.
Sorting/distributing mail and preparing outgoing mail daily.
Scheduling vacant units for turnover with vendors and in-house maintenance.
Creating work orders for maintenance as well as data entry of all work performed in units.
Create and maintaining files for each Property.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Appfolio experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
