Action Overhead Garage Door, a family-owned and operated business since 1980, is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities: Included but not limited to

Communicate courteously and professionally with coworkers, management, customers, and vendors.

Answer the main line to assist customers, wholesalers, or vendors and connect them to the correct department.

Identify and assess customer needs through phone calls or in-person visits, and provide quality customer service.

Build and maintain professional relationships through open, transparent, and interactive communication.

Collaborate with customers to deliver appropriate solutions and ensure positive resolutions to complaints.

Conduct courtesy calls to confirm customer satisfaction with installations or services and report any unresolved issues to the Installation and Service departments.
