Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Med Spa sales and receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in receptionist duties in addition to sales skills. This role involves overseeing the reception area and ensuring efficient office operations.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
-working with marketing team and calls clients for selling products
-manage multiple platforms in social media and respond to emails and calls
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle order entry tasks accurately
- Provide excellent customer support
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and scheduling
Experience:
- Previous experience in Med Spa
- Proficiency in office procedures and basic office equipment
- Strong computer skills for data entry and file management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
In addition to hourly rate we provide sales comission bonus.
