About the role
To streamline and to ensure consistency in the expectations of all Kefficient Receptionists. Kefficient is seeking a motivated and creative Receptionist to support our sales team in various projects. We will provide you with valuable exposure to the industry, allowing you to develop skills and knowledge that will be beneficial for your future career. As a Receptionist, you will work closely with experienced professionals and have the chance to contribute to real-world solutions for our customers to include additional initiatives as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls.
- Transfer incoming calls to in-office personnel.
- Schedule sales inspections with new customers.
- Review incoming sales leads from company website or social media.
- Contact new sales leads via the phone and schedule sales inspections.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in Kefficient Business Model and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with marketing software/tools is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
