WHO WE NEED
The Regional Manager will lead the region’s multi-site operations and regional team innovatively and consistently, delivering forward thinking operational and service excellence to clients within their portfolio, and will play a critical role in driving the achievement of the company’s ambitious growth goals.
Enhance existing client relationships with a focus on communication, meeting and exceeding client needs and expectations, and the continuous improvement of day-to-day operations, revenue controls, and service excellence.
Advance new business relationships to expand the business in the region, identifying new business leads, developing, and leading proposals and presentations, building proformas, managing client implementation, etc.
Develop goals and objectives for each account, fully understanding, communicating, and executing these directing, coordinating, and delegating relative activities to the operational team.
Review and analyze activities, costs, operational and service data to assess performance, efficiency, and productivity and implement necessary adjustments accordingly and in a timely manner.
Develop, implement, direct, and evaluate the region’s Standard Operating Procedures, practices, tools, etc. necessary to support the endeavors in the field.
Lead a professional team with a focus on operational and customer service excellence. Responsible for the development, performance management, engagement, and all other culture and people management activities of the region’s Operations Team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE SKILLS
5+ years management experience in the parking industry
Multi-city responsibility experience
Solid experience in budgeting, P&Ls building proformas, and fiscal responsibility
Effectively managed teams including duties related to staffing, performance management, engagement, and corrective action processes with an appreciation for diversity and promoting an inclusive working environment
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and time management skills
An entrepreneurial nature
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a concentration in business or equivalent work experience.
Superior ability in leading workforce teams of both professional and frontline employees.
Experience in financial reporting and budget responsibility.
