Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with Infant and Toddlers children.
Duties:
- Creating and implementing daily lesson plans that align with the developmental needs of infants.
- Providing a safe and nurturing environment for infants to grow and learn.
- Attending to the physical and emotional needs of infants, including feeding, diapering, and comforting.
- Observing and documenting developmental progress of infants and communicating with parents/guardians regularly.
- Guiding babies and toddlers through education/development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with infant and toddler children
- Strong knowledge of educational best practices and Quality Rated development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a positive learning environment
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
