Under limited supervision, Maintenance Spray Tech. treats turf, shrubs, ground cover, perennials and flowers as needed using the basic principles of Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Plans daily/weekly/monthly schedules. Communicates with Operations Managers and is required to keep records and make reports of expenditures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Maintain excellent internal and external customer relations
Physically able to apply treatments as needed
Must have a strong knowledge of calibrations, pesticides and spray equipment
Must be able to differentiate between closely related pest
Responsible for SDS sheets at all times
Responsible for helping to control chemical products and inventory
Achieves pre-determined monthly production goals while maintaining appropriate quality standards and appropriate finished products
Pesticide license required
Performs other related duties as required
Minimum of 2 years experience in the agronomic field
Must have a valid driver's license
