Overview
Provide a broad range of Human Resources expertise to support the achievement of business strategy. Provides guidance and assistance in the implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures for an assortment of functions which may include compensation and/or benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, and/or associate relations. Advises local management and associates on HR policy and programs matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions in keeping with strategic direction.
Responsibility:
l Partner and collaborate with business leaders and provide HR guidance and support.
l Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, associate development and conflict resolution.
l Change Management agent, supporting organizational/cultural changes.
l Work closely with Global HR Director to assist with the planning, communicating and tracking of company-wide initiatives.
l Support the Talent Acquisition process to ensure qualified candidates are hired in a timely manner and effectively onboarded.
l Responsible for performance management process and systems, including providing training and guidance to management.
l Address compensation-related issues to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
l Compile and leverage key site metrics to inform and/or persuade business leadership about organization and people performance and engagement.
l Coach and counsel leaders on a variety of HR-related practices.
l Support organizational design, restructure and redundancies.
l Facilitate training for managers and individual contributors on HR programs and policies.
l Participate or lead projects to develop and/or improve HR-related programs and policies.
Requirements:
l Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or other Business-related discipline, and/or 3-8 years in HR, including minimum 3 years of experience as a HR generalist or HRBP.
l Strong understanding of HR best practices and experience in establishing and/or continuously improving HR-related processes.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
l Experience on working in a start-up or complex organization environment preferred.

l Good business acumen to effectively align HR strategies with business objectives.
l Proficient in analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
l Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies to support organizational change initiatives.
l Ability to think strategically with strong execution skills.
l Ability to build relationship and influence stakeholders and associates.
l Familiar with local employment laws and local talent market.
l Cross-cultural experience and agility.
l Good project management skills.
l Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
l Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Pay: $56,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
