Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in maintaining office efficiency by performing clerical duties such as typing, filing, and proofreading documents.
- Support office operations by coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve information efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the office.
- Assist in managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental office or medical receptionist setting.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized tools.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Customer support experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and clerical tasks.
