Life as an Associate Director of Sales:
As the Associate Director of Sales with Superhost Hospitality at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport North, you will support the Director of Sales in driving the success and growth of our business. Your responsibilities include:

Collaborating with the Director of Sales to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Assisting in leading and mentoring the sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.

Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, with a focus on the corporate market and business travel (BT) segments.

Identifying new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition, particularly in BT travel and corporate markets.

Working closely with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and revenue growth.

Ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of sales databases and CRM systems.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a specific focus on BT travel and the corporate market.

Additional Requirements:

Previous experience in a senior sales management role within the hospitality industry is required.

Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
