Bell Brothers has an immediate need for an experienced, self-motivated Windows & Doors Advisor. Successful candidates are organized, can perform in a fast-paced environment, and able to efficiently multi-task. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently with great attention to detail, should have exceptional multi-tasking skills and be organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers

Present customer purchasing options including financing
-
Actively follow-up on all sales leads and customer requests

Provide a world class customer experience with every interaction

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings and weekends

Able to work individually and as part of a team
Skills/Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License (Required)
-
Minimum 2 years sales experience (Required)

Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to Windows and Doors equipment

Excellent communications skills
-
Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service

Some college or technical school education preferred
-
Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check, physical, and drug screening
