In our Outpatient center, our dedicated, professionally licensed therapists facilitate group therapy focusing on a variety of mental health topics including recovery, relapse prevention and coping skills. Our goal is to reduce the negative symptoms of mental illness and help stabilize individuals in order to live safe and productive lives.
This is a Full-time Outpatient Therapist position with a focus is on Mental Health and Dual Diagnosis treatment to Adult and Adolescents. You will assume responsibility for all aspects of clinical assessment, treatment of designated patients in the Hampton Counseling Center, discharge planning as needed, participation as a member of multidisciplinary treatment team. This position will be responsible for traditional outpatient therapy with our patients.
We require that you have a minimum of 1-2 years clinical expertise in individual, group, family and marital therapy. Previous experience in clinical assessment, case management, discharge planning; strong writing and communication skills.

Must have a LPC or LCSW with 1+ year experience in a similar environment.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group therapy
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
- Manage a caseload of up to 12-15
- Coordinate care with family and external providers
- Safety planning
- Discharge planning
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills.
