We currently have a great opportunity for full-time Production Scheduler at our Lebanon, IN facility! The Production Scheduler is responsible for leading and coordinating the production schedule. This position ensures that the production schedule plan is completed and communicated timely and effectively, to ensure on-time delivery for the customer.

- Serve as the liaison between the sales and production teams in order to meet our customer needs in the most efficient way possible.
- Schedule monthly forecast meetings with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- Assist with reviewing and determining appropriate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Assist with determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Create weekly production schedule by extracting and analyzing data from ERP and other systems to create current and forecasted needs.
- Issue and track production orders, ensuring that required material is supplied to the production floor, as according to the production schedule.
- Communicate schedule and/or changes to schedule to necessary areas during production meetings and/or on as needed basis.
- Interface with production and purchasing on material status and production planning issues.
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years prior experience in production scheduling and planning is required
- High level of knowledge and experience with multiple systems including ERP and Windows
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to take independent initiative and demonstrate good judgment
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Good time management skills
