Join our team at Pleasant Hill Animal Hospital as a Call Center Representative. As a vital part of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support over the phone. Your role will involve handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our veterinary services.

Duties:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries and providing information about our veterinary services.
- Schedule appointments for pet visits and surgeries.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our database system.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experiences during all interactions.
- Assist in outbound calling campaigns for appointment reminders or follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to communicate critical care instructions to clients.
- Uphold a high level of customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update client information and appointment details.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or Korean is a plus.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles required.
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with outbound calling practices and upselling techniques is beneficial.
- Prior experience and knowledge in the veterinary field is required.
