Busy orthodontic office is looking for a front office assistant/scheduling coordinator for our office in Nashua, NH and Beverly, MA. You must be able to travel to both locations, have effective verbal skills to communicate with patients, staff and community. (Experience in the dental field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.)
Duties: Front desk duties include; verifying dental insurance, collecting co payments, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, assisting the office manager with office related tasks.
