Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily/weekly training meetings and sales calls to become a subject matter expert in business development and recruiting.
- Conduct cold calling to identify and generate new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts with new and existing clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong business-to-business relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up with leads from various sources, including networking events, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and present proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of MedStaff Nationwide’s services.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless onboarding of healthcare clients.
- Maintain open communication throughout the sales process and provide exceptional value to each client.
- Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Business Development Representative Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience (preferred).
- Career-oriented and income-driven.
- Extremely motivated individual with a strategic mindset.
- Proven track record in overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Strong ability to build and maintain rapport with clients.
- Competitive and determined nature with a passion for sales.
- Adaptable and flexible to support internal growth and development.
