Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or hospice care needs - Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration - Implement individualized care plans and ensure resident rights are respected - Monitor and document vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel - Foster a safe and clean environment for residents - Promote independence and socialization through engaging activities and outings Requirements: - Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or hospice care needs - Knowledge of medication administration protocols and ability to follow prescribed medication schedules - Familiarity with resident rights and ability to advocate for individuals in your care - Basic first aid skills and ability to respond to emergencies - Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing quality care to those in need.
