Job Description:
As a Customer Service Associate at Sleepyhead, you will play a vital role in day-to-day operations, striving to provide excellence in customer service and creating a memorable brand experience. Your primary responsibility will be managing online orders, overseeing the organization of online customers, and addressing day-to-day customer service operations. We are hiring two people for this role with different days/times.
1) 6:30am to noon Monday - Friday in-office and remote 9-5pm every other weekend.
2) 11:30am to 6pm Monday - Friday in office and remote 9-5 every other weekend.
Objective:
Ensure all online processes are completed to the highest standard, creating a memorable brand experience. Manage online orders, organize day-to-day operations, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, phone, text, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a well-organized stockroom for efficient operations.
- Manage Returns
- Online Order Dispatch
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of online orders.
- Administration
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by offering personalized and effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Professional, welcoming character, and presentation.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Calmness under pressure.
- Proficient knowledge and prior experience using Zendesk, Shopify, Amazon, or similar customer service platforms (CS).
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work on the weekends.
