**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. **Duties:**
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Implement and supervise behavioral interventions, including behavioral therapy and behavioral support.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as occupational therapists and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive care to adults.
- Provide medical documentation and maintain accurate records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in behavioral health and special education.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, and demonstrate a commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment for adults.
**Experience:**
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field is preferred.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. (preferred)
- Experience with behavioral therapy and behavioral support.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and a commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Experience working with individuals with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
