Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our strategic business goals, overseeing marketing campaigns, and developing new market segments for our business development team to do outreach. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives.
This position reports to the Sales Director. This individual will also frequently communicate with Management, Product Developers, Designers and Support in the US and Hong Kong. This is a full time remote position, however only applicants who reside in CA, AZ, CO, FL, MD, MI, NC, OR and WA will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with the company’s growth objectives and drive brand awareness.
- Lead Generation and Demand Generation: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital such as LinkedIn, B2B, social media, email, and traditional media, SEO, PPC, that generate leads and convert prospects into customers, ultimately driving revenue growth.
- Content Marketing and Thought Leadership: Establish and enhance Brand IDs brand presence in the market, making it recognizable and trusted by the target audience. Create high-quality content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts and webinars to engage and educate target audiences.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, to develop strategies to engage them effectively.
- Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. Provide sales and business development teams with the necessary tools, resources and collateral to support their efforts.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, track expenditures, and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing. Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance to maximize ROI. Oversee the content of the website and update regularly
- Metrics and Performance Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use analytics tools to monitor performance and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Customer Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Collaborate with the customer success team to create newsletters and other initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and long term relationships.
- Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ Years experience proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in Apparel & Fashion, Consumer Goods.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
