```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies and programs to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, including presenting company policies, benefits, and culture
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create comprehensive onboarding plans for each new hire
- Manage the onboarding process, including preparing necessary paperwork, conducting background checks, and verifying employment eligibility
- Provide guidance and support to new hires throughout their onboarding journey
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process and make recommendations for improvements
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to attract top talent for open positions
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee evaluation processes
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS to manage candidate information and track progress throughout the hiring process
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an Onboarding Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, such as PeopleSoft, for managing employee data
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence others effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in lead generation or sales is a plus
