About Us:
FRS Clipper runs a high-speed, passenger-only catamaran ferry with daily service between Seattle, Washington and Victoria, British Columbia, as well as Whale Watching Tours. We operate year-round, with a very busy peak season from April through October. We are located at Pier 69 in Downtown Seattle, along the beautiful Elliott Bay waterfront.
Seeking applicants with customer service, warehouse, and/or shipping/receiving experience. Other duties include luggage handling, light janitorial and line handling (no prior line handling experience required).
Hours: 5 am – 4 pm; schedule is 4 days on and 3 days off each week!
Must be available to work early morning hours, including weekends and holidays. We are hiring Full-Time, Year-Round employees.
Salary: $20.00 with occasional overtime

Position Overview:
The Shore Support team plays an important role toward Clipper’s goal: creating amazing memories for our guests. This is a very active position that will keep you moving throughout your shift.
Summary of Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Fulfilling our vessels’ daily stock orders (food, beverage, consumables and cleaning supplies)
- Receiving shipments and deliveries
- Warehouse inventory
- Ordering consumable supplies
- Maintain an organized warehouse
- Janitorial duties of the facility – public areas, restrooms, office area and our dock
- Setting up and breaking down guest boarding areas
- Luggage handling and using electrical hoists to transport luggage bins on/off the vessels
- Other tasks to help ensure our vessels sail on time with all the supplies they need to provide our guests with a First-Class service
- Handling mooring lines – No dockhand experience? We will train you!
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Superior record for punctuality and reliability
- Exceptional time management with little supervision
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines independently and as a team
- Basic computer and math knowledge
- Microsoft Office experience including basic Excel
- Flexible and willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, pushing / pulling up to 75 pounds manually
