Working at Enviro-Tote can be a unique experience. While you may not meet many customers face-to-face since most interactions are over the telephone, you will still build very special relationships.
You will be representing a US manufacturer and a 100% woman-owned company. Today, many manufacturing jobs go overseas, but we have carved out a niche. We have 60 long-time employees who custom-make every bag we ship! We handle all of our silk screening and stitching right here in NH.
What sets us apart from most other tote bag companies is our customer service. For over 30 years, our customers have been buying Enviro-Totes because of our people. From our office staff to our production team, we all take pride in the products we produce and our 100% on-time delivery.
INSIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description:
- Handle all incoming prospect calls
- Understand and address the needs of incoming calls
- Provide excellent customer service to prospects and customers before and after sales
- Perform presale and post-order follow-up
Skills Needed:
- Ability to converse in a friendly and intuitive manner to gather client needs
- Ability to prioritize and work with multiple customers simultaneously
- Proficiency with computers, including CRM and ERP systems, Google Sheets, and Excel
- Understanding of Adobe Photoshop
This position allows you to show your enthusiasm for helping incoming clients while maintaining great relationships with repeat customers.

Compensation: $41,600 base pay + commission.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
