```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience with logic controllers and other automated systems
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and scheduling
- Ability to perform basic welding and fabrication tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff if necessary
