As a Senior Recruiter - Supply Chain and Apprenticeship at Kellanova, you will lead the charge in growing a best-in-class program for Apprenticeship hiring within our US-based Manufacturing facilities. Your ability to identify entry-level Skilled Trades talent that aligns perfectly with our company will be a crucial factor in your success. We are actively seeking top talent in the Greater Chicago area or Battle Creek, MI with the flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.
This strategically focused and results-driven role is part of our North American Talent Acquisition Team. This role will focus on managing and growing the program that will have a lasting impact on the Manufacturing organization. Excited for what lies ahead? We are too.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Program Management – You will lead apprenticeship recruiting strategy and program management by maintaining key partnerships both internally with functional stakeholders, as well as externally with targeted institutions and organizations across participating functions/locations. Talent Advising & Insights - Lead strategy and execution of recruitment calendar and major recruiting events to execute talent attraction strategy while acting as primary liaison between functions and the student population. Master of Facilitation – In this role, you will oversee programming for Apprenticeship experience, hiring manager upskilling, coordination with Technician Training/KWS, event planning, and full-time offer process in conjunction with Full-Time recruiters. Establish Key Partnerships – You will research and build relationships with high-school Skilled Trades awareness programming to drive pipeline of talent. You will also track and report out on key metrics to deliver to senior stakeholders (conversion rates, acceptance rates, etc. Drive Diversity & Inclusion – To serve diverse consumers, we need a diverse workforce. You will play a key role in driving Kellanova’s commitment to diversity initiatives.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Experience successfully navigating Supply Chain and/or Skilled Trades recruitment. Experience managing activities and events, demonstrating organizational and planning skills. Previous full lifecycle recruitment management experience including interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management. Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques, as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practice. Previous experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors preferred) Willing to accommodate up to 10% US travel. High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
