POSITION SUMMARY
The Fish Cutter is responsible for and expected to be able to cut fish to all necessary production levels. Cutters must be able to break/cut whole tuna and other various species down to fillet and "poke" specifications. Experience is a must.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Scales, heads, guts, and fillets fish for restaurants and supermarkets.
2. Wraps and packages fish for delivery or storage to local and non-local customers.
3. Comply with the company's State and Federal guidelines and expectations regarding Food Safety, HACCP, and general Safety procedures.
4. Assist in all of the fresh seafood monthly inventories.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Current Tuberculosis clearance.
3. Must be reliable and punctual.
