Office Staff Member

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with property owners and insurance representatives to achieve a smooth repair process.
- Address customers’ and their insurance companies’ concerns in a timely manner.
- Confidently and politely answer customers’ questions and concerns.
- Update staff on any roadblocks that prevent a customer’s service from moving forward.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate staff.
Requirements:
- At least one (1) year of previous customer service experience or similar.
- Strong communication skills.
- A friendly and helpful personality, with confidence speaking over the phone.
- MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish.
