We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll Assistant. As a Payroll Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization.
Duties:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
- Ensure accuracy of employee time records and resolve any discrepancies
- Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information
- Analyze payroll data to identify errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee information and proper documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information
- Assist in other Human Resources related tasks
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures (ADP proven experience)
- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
