Imagine Early Learning Centers seeks a 3K Lead Teacher in our childcare center. Our center is a safe, nurturing, fun and friendly environment.
We are seeking an experienced and creative professional looking to join a team providing the highest quality, educational childcare for working families. While you will primarily serve as a Head Toddler teacher and work in the classroom, this position will be a dual role and provides the opportunity to develop expertise in education administration.

- Participating in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Effective communication with families and co-teachers.

Ability to adhere to licensing and NAEYC guidelines.

Effective written communication skills.

Ability to meet physical requirements of position which include lifting children, pushing strollers/buggies, sitting on the floor and year-round daily outdoor activities.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of an AA in Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education or related field preferred, or in progress
-
BA in Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education or related field, or in progress, a plus
-
1-2 years experience teaching 3-4 year olds in an Early Childhood program required

Previous experience with NAEYC standards and the accreditation process preferred

Clearance for work in DOH child care programs and DOE PKA classrooms a plus.
